TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR INVESTOR

Investment Amount
The Investor agrees to invest the mutually agreed amount as specified in this agreement. The investment amount may be revised only with written consent of both parties.

Nature of Investment
This investment is a private arrangement between the Investor and the Investee and does not constitute a bank deposit, collective investment scheme, or public offering.

Returns on Investment
Returns shall be provided as per the agreed plan (fixed / variable / profit-based).
- Returns may vary based on business performance where applicable.
- Past performance does not guarantee future returns.

Return Payment Schedule
Returns shall be paid on a monthly basis, unless otherwise specified. Any delay due to operational or banking reasons shall be informed to the Investor.

Tenure of Investment
The investment tenure shall be as agreed (example: 6 months / 1 year / 2 years). Early exit, if any, shall be subject to applicable conditions.

Principal Repayment
The principal amount shall be repaid upon completion of the tenure or as per agreed repayment schedule, subject to terms mentioned in this agreement.

Risk Disclosure
The Investor understands that all investments involve a degree of risk and agrees that returns are not insured or guaranteed unless explicitly mentioned in writing.

Use of Funds
The Investee shall utilize the invested funds strictly for business or project purposes as disclosed to the Investor.

No Partnership Clause
This agreement does not create a partnership, joint venture, or employer-employee relationship unless explicitly stated.

Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of investment details, business information, and agreement terms.

Investor Responsibility
The Investor confirms that the invested funds are from legitimate sources and complies with applicable laws and regulations.

Termination of Agreement
Either party may terminate this agreement by providing prior written notice as per the terms specified.

Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or system failures.

Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising out of this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
JURISDICTION CLAUSE:
This application and related agreement shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
