TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR INVESTEE

1. Purpose of Investment
   The Investee shall utilize the funds solely for the purpose mentioned in the application and agreement.
2. Return Obligation
   The Investee agrees to pay returns to the Investor as per the agreed schedule, whether fixed, variable, or profit-based.
3. Principal Repayment
   The principal amount shall be repaid at the end of the tenure or as per the repayment terms agreed.
4. Timely Payments
   Delay in payment of returns or principal shall attract applicable penalties as specified in the agreement.
5. No Misuse of Funds
   Any diversion or misuse of funds shall be considered a material breach of this agreement.
6. Disclosure & Transparency
   The Investee shall provide truthful information regarding business performance when requested.
7. Security / Guarantee (if applicable)
   If any collateral or personal guarantee is provided, the Investee agrees to honour the same until full settlement.
8. Early Closure
   Early repayment may be allowed with prior written consent of the Investor.
9. Termination
   The Investor reserves the right to terminate the agreement in case of default, misrepresentation, or breach of terms.
10. No Partnership Clause
    This agreement does not create a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.
11. Legal Compliance
    The Investee shall comply with all applicable laws, taxes, and regulations.
12. Confidentiality
    All investment and business information shall remain confidential.
13. Force Majeure
    Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.
14. Governing Law
    This agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.
15. Jurisdiction
    Any disputes arising out of this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
